Our farm sits atop one of the highest hills in Leavenworth county. The view of the surrounding countryside is picturesque and provides for exceptional sunsets enjoyed from our farm-to-table dining venue.
No grain is used at any time for our cattle and calves. They feed on grass from our rotationally grazed pastures and are fed alfalfa and brome hay in the winter. Pastures are fertilized naturally with manure only. No growth implants, hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, commercial wormers or pesticides are used.
Our beef can be purchased by small bundles, sides, or wholes.
This year we are also offering gourmet whole cow ground beef and provide convenient online ordering. In addition, we grow an extensive variety of heirloom and hybrid vegetables using only natural fertilizers and bug control. We use many of our fruits and vegetables in our specialty garden products like our famous Pear and Apple butters, as well as Blueberry and Raspberry glazes.
From June through September each year, we host farm-to-table dinner events that feature our grass-fed beef and garden produce. Each dinner event is a one-of-a-kind experience featuring a local area chef that has created the menu for that evening. Check our website for this year’s schedule and ticket information.
