Mine Creek Farm is a sustainable farm, just getting started. Mine Creek Farm is of the Joel Salatin/Polyface Farm model. We have 16 acres of a mix of prairie and wooded areas with an all season creek. We grow some of the best vegetables around, and our meat of pork and chicken and blackberries are nearly famous!

Our eggs come from our truly free range chickens who roam the world! We use mostly organic methods and we feed all of our animals balanced non-GMO feeds.

We will have another pumpkin patch in fall 2016, tours, and maybe even a hay/straw maze in the near future. MCF is about 50 miles south of the OP Arboretum. Come and start your day with a real farm visit and continue on in the area with historical sites, museums, public hunting land, and beautiful country. We will be starting a venture in aquaponics in the summer, with non-GMO feed for the fish. Maybe High Tunnels?

Mine Creek Farm is a new enterprise, husband and wife team. We desire to deliver the freshest veggies, fruits, and eggs with the juiciest chicken and pork ever!
Pastured Poultry, Berkshire Pork, Eggs from free range chickens, romaine lettuces, and now blackberries for 2016!
For 2017, we will be at the OP Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We can deliver to the OP area 2-3 times during the week - just make an appointment with us!
