At Spring Creek Farm near Baldwin City, we believe that food is at its best when it is fresh and natural. We grow about 90 varieties of the tastiest local produce available using organic and sustainable farming methods. Most of our varieties are heirlooms, with our heaviest production in melons (including french charantais), 15 varieties of tomatoes, and sweet potatoes. Also pasture-raised eggs, and free-range chicken and turkey. You can also find our produce in Lawrence at The Merc, The Saturday Lawrence Farmers’ Market , and Cottin’s Thursday afternoon market. You’ll love what we bring to your table!

Stephanie started Spring Creek Farm in 2005 using organic and sustainable growing practices, and has maintained full-year production ever since. We grow a small amount of berries and a large variety of vegetables, greens and roots. About 90% of the varieties we grow are heirloom, and our biggest crops are tomatoes, root crops and melons. We have three hoop houses in production. Our cultivated field space is approximately two acres.
